A roadmap showing Motorolas future handset plans has been obtained by TMO Today and shows a device termed "Morrison". This is scheduled for launch in November 2009, just in time for the mobile industrys traditional feeding frenzy at Christmas. Not much is known about it, but it is known many manufacturers are similarly gearing up the launch of their Android handsets at the same time, and it also fits in with the expected Android 2.0 (codename "Donut") version available in that timeframe.
The image shows a device with a slide out full QWERTY keyboard, similar to the G1, and along with other rumoured Android handsets due from Motorola seems to complete the lineup nicely.

Once again, more evidence Motorola are betting their smartphone farm on Android and we sincerely wish them luck. More at TMO Today. |
