Whats the best way for an app detect if its been started in the emulator or on real hardware? I'm thinking of things like the camera or networking normally going to "debug" mode if on the emulator but on real hardware using it physically.

I'm not sure if there's an easy to use flag or anything (which would obviously be the best thing) but you could always check something such as the IMEI.
I assume that the IMEI will be null on the emulator?
