I am using oNTouchEvent () and on the up click event i am reading the
x and y positions of where the click occured.

Mow on the G1 the width of the screen is 320 pixels across, but sometimes i get a value greated than 320... What is happening

int xPos = (int)aEvent.getX ();

Any ideas??
