How to master reset the G1 3 years, 4 months ago #81

Switch the handset off and press HOME and POWER together for 25 seconds. It will switch on and an alert icon will appear. Press ALT-L and a menu will appear allowing you to do this. Back up/sync everything you don't want to lose first!
